I must say, the noise level was pretty bad. I heard everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Earplugs were provided, but they were only somewhat helpful. there wasn't a safe in the room. I needed that, just saying.

I found the staff helpful at all times. Cleaning was done with excellent detail each day of my stay. The shower worked very well, and I appreciated the air conditioning being strong on hot days. The bed had great comfort for sleeping.

The room felt very small and compact. The limited space made it slightly difficult to organize my belongings. The hotel should consider options for additional storage.

the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. my room had a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and pastries. the air conditioning in my room worked very well.

The street outside was quite noisy at night. It sometimes disrupted sleep. the bathroom was small with limited counter space. the elevator was slow and sometimes crowded.

Fantastic Stay!

helpful staff clean room

I found the staff to be very helpful, especially with storing luggage due to the stairs! Breakfast included many options and tasted great. It was definitely worth getting. Showers had great water pressure, and I was grateful for the cleanliness of the room upon arrival.

The lack of furniture on the small balcony was a disappointment. I could not use the space. The hotel was quite loud, and hallway noises were audible. I was however, thankful for the earplugs provided in the room. They helped me sleep better.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to many metro stations and popular attractions, ensuring convenient travel around the city. La Rambla was also a short walk away. This made exploring the area very easy. Several good restaurants were nearby.

kind staff smooth check-in manned desk convenient elevator

The staff was kind. the online check-in process saved time, allowing me to drop my suitcase before check-in. the front desk remained manned 24 hours a day. an elevator goes to upper floors after one level up. That was nice after a long day.

the immediate surrounding neighborhood felt a bit dodgy late at night.

Superb Stay

pleasant walk clean rooms nice staff new rooms

The location is near las ramblas, a pleasant walk of only ten minutes. It is fifteen minutes to plaza catalunya on foot. The front door seemed like a secret, a nice surprise inside. I found the staff were nice and I appreciated the clean, new rooms.

The street near the hotel seemed a bit unpleasant sometimes.
