My stay was quite the rollercoaster. On one hand, the property's amenities like the pools and waterslides were fantastic and made for a memorable experience. However, I encountered some serious cleanliness issues and encountered unhelpful staff during my stay, which really put a damper on things overall. The location was certainly a plus, being close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, but unfortunately, the overall management left much to be desired.
