“The focus here is family, with suites ready to accommodate larger broods after a day exploring the nearby national park. I like that you can wander down to the river or gather around the outdoor fire pits. With Dollywood and Ripley's Aquarium close by, it's a handy base for Gatlinburg adventures.”

6.2/10

This hotel had its ups and downs. I loved the warm, welcoming vibe from the staff, who genuinely seemed to care about our happiness. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Gatlinburg without the hustle and bustle. However, we faced some issues with cleanliness and had to deal with cold showers, which were disappointing given the price we paid. Overall, it could use some improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious, but it felt a bit dated with some maintenance issues. I found a bug crawling around, and the lock on the door needed attention.
Service
5.0
While the staff was polite, the level of service could definitely use some improvement. We had issues that were not resolved promptly, which left us feeling frustrated.
Location
9.0
The hotel was ideally located at the quieter end of the strip, which was a big plus, allowing us to easily access restaurants and attractions nearby.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had its highlights, especially with fresh-made options, but there were also instances of processed items that were less appealing.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities, including the pool and Jacuzzi, were nice additions to the stay. However, they could benefit from a little upkeep to enhance the experience.
