early century house great location peeling paint unsafe board
The building had a beautiful, early 20th-century style. the location was also great. I could easily walk to the downtown area and beacon hill park. (, made exploring so easy!)
the paint was peeling badly in places i noticed. also, the boards on the porch felt a bit unsafe to walk on. (i really hope they fix that soon)
