I loved the clean room. It reminded me of a real embrace. the beds were so soft, and they had many pillows. the location proved accessible to places i wanted to see. staff, specially winta, were really sweet.

the location worked well enough..
The air conditioning barely functioned, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. the outdated infrastructure showed its age, and the keycard system was a constant source of frustration. I had to request new keys multiple times . i found the staff less than cute, especially at the pricey breakfast.

Jennifer at the front desk was helpful. She provided information and even got us a taxi. The Lavazza espresso machine with pods in my room made mornings easier. I found the location convenient for exploring downtown galleries and restaurants.
The valet parking seemed quite expensive.

peeling wallpaperstreet noise
the room itself felt a little tired. Wallpaper had some peeling edges. The noise from outside was considerable even on an upper floor. it sounded like street cleaning started early and lasted for hours.

the wifi was fast and reliable for remote work. the location offered easy access to metro lines and several bus routes. i found the provided water bottles a nice perk after exploring. the ac worked well and kept the room cool.
i noticed the hotel seems like it needs a refresh soon

my room was quite spacious and bright. it had large windows that offered a nice city view and i was able to see some monuments. the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

i appreciated the coffee machine and the storage space provided in the room. i found it easy to make coffee each morning and also stow away my luggage and clothing. these features added to the convenience of my stay.

great supervisorold bathroomwater pressure
The night supervisor was GREAT.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite old. The shower did not work properly, lacking water pressure. This definitely dampened the experience.

The location was alright. Free water was available.
The room had issues. The toilet didn't work and also the bed was dirty. Lights didn't work, a maintenance man came, but could not fix all the problems, it was so annoying. Asked to move rooms and got so much attitude, and the other room had the same issues with the toilet and the dirty bed.
