clean hotel friendly staff equipped kitchen

The hotel was super clean and quiet! i slept amazingly well. the staff are very friendly and cute! i loved the amenities, especially the mini kitchen. I bought ingredients from the nearby safeway and made breakfast!

The hotel has a cute outdoor patio where i relaxed in the sunshine and saw mountain views! there are two hot tubs, and an exercise room. The quality of these amenities was top notch! the building grounds were gorgeous!

The staff shared smiles, greetings and kindness! jessica at the front desk was especially friendly! the staff had excellent people skills and showed great customer service. They were also very patient and helpful!

the hotel has a japanese restaurant downstairs! i bought a discount coupon from the hotel for the black dog café around the corner! the suites have all the equipment needed to cook and wash. a high power gas bbq grill!

The room was clean upon arrival, i appreciated that.

The fireplace did not work. That was quite disappointing. The corridors felt dark and old. Minimal lighting was present. This gave the corridors an unsettling feel.

the room had a full kitchen. the beds were comfortable and i got help from staff when i needed it. the bus stop was close, it was just infront of the hotel that goes to downtown. i had a mountain view from my room it was so beautiful.

the hallways are too dark. walking to the elevator it was dimly lit.

amazing stay!

modern facilities comfortable bed beautiful view

the rooms are large, beautiful and complete with modern facilities. the bed is very comfortable and i slept very well. the view outside the window is also beautiful and peaceful. my family had a wonderful time here in general.

the corridors are horrible, bare minimum lighting makes it feel like a ghost will chase you down.
