My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to downtown Helen and explore the local attractions. Patrick and the team provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and valued. However, the state of the room left much to be desired; it felt outdated and cleanliness was an issue, particularly with food crumbs and unexpected critters being present. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but improvements are needed in room conditions.
