The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions and the metro station. The staff was amiable and always ready to help with any questions I had. I found the complimentary coffee and tea in the corner convenient, since it offered a variety of options and hot water anytime.
The air conditioning made a consistent loud noise, even when turned off, disturbing my sleep throughout the night. It needs maintenance.

this location rocks, seriously! it's super close to all main spots. many attractions were walkable. the breakfast rocks too! plus, i could grab coffee and tea whenever i wanted. the staff are super helpful too. i got great advice from them and restaurant tips.
the walls felt kinda thin. i could hear everything next door, conversations, phones ringing, all of it! it made sleeping a little hard. the sound isolation can be better.

the location was excellent close to the metro so travel was simple i discovered the staff gave helpful tips for nearby restaurants the system to enter the building and rooms via phone was secure and fast to use i found this very useful. i thought it was a modern touch for a city stay.
the room was a bit small and lacked natural light i noticed the window opened into a back well so it did not give a lot of light into the room it felt a bit confined at times i hoped for more space.
