I enjoyed the location! it was near metro stations. This made getting around quite simple. the staff was very friendly, especially masuma, she upgraded my room to a family room at no cost. i secure hotel with staff available 24/7!
my room was very noisy with sounds coming from the street and corridor. the shared bathroom next door was quite loud! this made it difficult for me to sleep and left me feeling a bit unrested.

There are several places near the hotel to have breakfast and dinner. This offers many dining options. little tokyo, with its many cafes and restaurants, is also very close. i found it quite convenient!

my late check-in went smoothly with clear instructions. an ice machine was available on my floor, a nice touch. the shower had essential toiletries, a definite plus. i found the location convenient to the metro.
the air conditioning unit made noise when cycling on, so that was slightly problematic.

the check-in process was smooth. i appreciated the comfortable bed. the shared bathroom was clean. masuma's friendly welcome. it was a nice touch.
the hotel street noise was pretty high. it woke me up a few times , but it was tolerable.

the location was convenient to many attractions. my room had a fridge, useful for storing drinks. i found the dimming light in the room to be a nice feature. the artwork in the entrance area was quite lovely to look at!
It could be difficult for some. the shower stall had a grimy chair. It needed cleaning. i noticed no hot water available on my floor for showers though i could use other floors.
