I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Lindsey and Vernon, were genuinely welcoming and provided great suggestions for exploring the area. The rooms were spotless and nicely remodeled, but I found the mattress a bit too firm for comfort. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to downtown and right by the river, making it convenient. However, I did notice some issues outside that could use attention, and for the mattress quality, I wouldn't rate it as ideal for a long stay.
