the location was excellent. it was close to the subway station. the brooklyn bridge was a short walk away. the staff brought up a mini-fridge for me when i asked.

the manager wanted me to pack my belongings and leave them in the lobby until a room was available. this was a major inconvenience. the room i moved into felt smaller and the shower was leaking badly.
