i was apprehensive given some reviews. i enjoyed my stay. the hotel has great value and generous room space. my room was spacious. it had ample closet space, drawer space, and a bright bathroom. the location is in the heart of fidi, moments away from wall street, world trade centre, and broadway.

the king studio sofa bed included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there were many electric sockets near mirrors. great lighting made the room bright. the room size was considerable, even with the sofa bed open.

i loved the spacious room. it was amazing for a week-long stay. the location is great, close to many subway stations. this made travel easier. the staff were helpful when we needed assistance. they were responsive over message.
the room lacked thorough cleanliness or good maintenance. i saw black mold in the shower. dust covered surfaces. i also noticed worn flooring and furnishings.

this location is just unbeatable, it's seriously so central. i could walk to so many cool spots like the village, chinatown, and little italy. even reaching bryant park took only about an hour. the brooklyn bridge is close! i plan to return and would definitely book again.
honestly, the street noise was quite noticeable, and the sound insulation could be better.
