charmed by pineapple's charm
free drink helpful staff refillable bottle convenient station
i loved the free welcome drink! i grabbed a beer, it was a nice touch. the front desk staff was really helpful, so friendly. i used the refillable water bottle, the lobby station offered cold and hot water. bubbly. it was so convenient!
The bathroom floor did get pretty wet after each shower! the door didn't seal well. It was a little annoying.

A complimentary pineapple-shaped cookie provided a tasty afternoon snack! coffee, pineapple water, and regular drinking water are available in the lobby 24/7. This offered convenience and refreshment throughout my stay.

acceptable stay, but some downsides
convenient location various restaurants pleasant staff bathroom door uncomfortable pillows hallway noise
the location was quite convenient. i could easily walk to various restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping areas. pikes place market was also within walking distance. the staff were friendly.
The bathroom door did not close completely. this lack of privacy was bothersome. the pillows were not comfortable. I woke up with a migraine. the noise from the hallways was very noticeable and disruptive to my sleep.

decent stay downtown
convenient location friendly staff uncomfortable pillows missing screens
the location was super convenient. it was close to a lot of the places i wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and helpful (i appreciated their local tips). the welcome drink was a nice perk and breakfast was included. the price also included parking.
the bathroom door did not close completely. when i tried to slide it shut, it got stuck and was hard to reopen. the pillows were not comfortable (i woke up with a headache). also, there were no screens on the windows.

super fun stay!
fluffy towels comfy robes friendly staff
i loved the extra fluffy towels and comfy robes in my room it was nice getting a free drink after a long travel day. the location was perfect because i could walk to many attractions. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.
the elevators were a little slow sometimes i waited a bit longer than i would have liked it was a small inconvenience though

the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions the space needle and pike place market are each about a ten-minute walk away from the hotel there is also a great doughnut shop across the road.

the room was clean and well-appointed with a tv that had many stations the hotel provided comfy bedding for a great night's sleep there was also a reusable water bottle available in the room.

the hotel offers complimentary pineapple cookies and drinks there is a water refill station that even offers sparkling water the hotel is pet-friendly providing treats for dogs making it a great option for travelers with pets.

the staff was very helpful and friendly making check-in and check-out easy samson at reception was super helpful and cute they went out of their way to make my stay amazing overall the service was wonderful.
