Sleep Box offers capsule beds with a thick mattress and duvet, a foldable table, two power sockets, and a privacy curtain. The sleeping area is quiet because luggage is stored outside the dormitory. Earplugs are available at reception, and each capsule has a reading light and small storage for valuables.

The property provides a shared kitchen, a terrace, and a shared lounge with free coffee, tea, and hot/cold water available 24/7. A laundry service costs 5,000 won without folding or 7,000 won with folding, and the owner handles the process hotel-style. Lockers, daily housekeeping, and free towels are included; bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a body-drying machine.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 and includes bread, ham, cheese, cereal, eggs, fruit, juice, and coffee. The self-service setup allows guests to prepare toast or cereal each morning. Coffee, tea, and water are free throughout the day in the common area.

Sleep Box sits in the Myeongdong shopping district, a 2-minute walk from Myeongdong subway station (Exit 8) and the Incheon Airport limousine bus stop. The property is within walking distance of Myeongdong Cathedral, Namdaemun Market, and Jogyesa Temple. Guests can step outside directly onto the main shopping street with street food and shops open late.

The hostel is family-run by owner Jax and his mother, who stays on-site in the male dorm for overnight security and assistance. Female dorms and bathrooms are on a separate floor (5F) with key card access, and CCTV covers the common areas. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is provided, and the host helps carry bags up stairs when the elevator is under maintenance.
