charming hotel on las olas
valet service evening flight pool area hotel restaurant
casandra at the parking valet delivered an item to my house in miami! she had found it misplaced. the staff let me check out late because of my evening flight. the pool area seemed very nice to me, also the restaurant.
the hotel booked late night wedding parties one floor before guest rooms and that ran until 10:30pm.

The location is central, near the river. there is a wide selection of restaurants and bars right outside! the rooms remained quiet though. I appreciated that.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and i felt that they provided really good customer service. dee dee at check-in got me a room when she could. mariah at the restaurant made great recommendations.

the location worked well for getting around the area.
My room had no sound proofing. It was easy to hear hallway conversations. the small bathroom had a pedestal sink, so there was no space for toiletries.

convenient shuttle comfortable bed courteous service accessible location
i loved that the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the everglades cruise port (it was a good surprise!). the bed provided a comfortable sleep experience and the shower was amazing. casandra at valet parking offered helpful and courteous service. i found the location convenient for accessing shopping and dining options.
my room seemed a bit too dim for my liking.
