“My impression is that the night staff receive praise, but the overall upkeep seems to fall short; reports mention unclean elevators and a generally uninviting atmosphere. I've also read worrying accounts of bed bugs and denied reservations, casting a shadow over its perceived value. It appears that potential guests should temper expectations significantly.”
