I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While Lizzie B at the front desk provided outstanding customer service, I was disappointed with the hidden valet parking fee and the outdated condition of the hotel. The location is great for exploring downtown, but the rooms need some updating to justify the price. Overall, it's an acceptable stay if you're mindful of the additional expenses.
