Complimentary shuttle service to Mayo Clinic facilities
Executive Concierge Level with dedicated lounge and dining services
Extensive on-site meeting facilities with professional catering services
Cons
Airport located 9.5 miles from the property
Limited wellness facilities compared to larger resorts
“Here's my take: the direct access to the Mayo Clinic via skyway is a genuine advantage, especially given Rochester's winters. I especially appreciate the consistently helpful staff; that level of service is noteworthy. Finally, the executive lounge, with its high-quality food and attentive service, is worth the upgrade.”
