Excellent Stay for Events
efficient check-in convenient location clean room helpful staff
The hotel is conveniently situated near the event venues. Check-in was efficient (very straightforward) and I booked an additional night without complications. I found the room to be clean and well kept. When I requested a late check-out due to an early event, staff provided secure luggage storage and assisted with arranging a taxi to the train station.
The curtains in my room looked somewhat worn and seemed to be detaching from the rails.

Fantastic Stay Near the Venue!
early check-in unbeatable location onsite bar amazing experience
I got to check in early. My room was ready immediately! The location was unbeatable. It was just a short walk to the OVO Hydro for the concert I attended! Plus, I found great value with the onsite bar available. It was an amazing experience overall.
I noticed slight wear in the room decor. The furnishings are somewhat outdated.

Excellent Stay Near the Hydro
nice breakfast friendly staff superb location easy check-in
I found the breakfast really nice with many choices. Staff were friendly and accommodated dietary needs. They were really nice. The location is superb and a close walk to entertainment and conference venues. Easy check-in, this I really appreciated.

convenient stay near venue
nice staff kettle
the location was really convenient. the staff were nice and i liked the kettle provided in my room. breakfast had lots of choices at the continental buffet. the bar area was cosy with the adjoining restaurant.
the room had lightbulbs missing from the lights, i also saw mould on the window sills.

the room was spacious it included a desk and a chair. a tea and coffee maker was available it was a good touch.
i noticed some road noise due to window seals that needed repair. the breakfast choice was limited i had to ask for more plates.

I found the staff very helpful, demonstrating quick service and a friendly attitude! my room was great. It had the facilities i expected. the value for money was excellent and i will definitely be staying again, it was so convenient.
the windows didn't block outside noise very well. i could hear people talking clearly from outside. updating the windows would greatly improve the experience.
