unreliable elevator unavailable assistance
The elevator was not reliable. I often walked to my room on the third floor with luggage. the front desk was understaffed. I waited ten minutes to check in. staff did not offer assistance with my suitcase, which i found unacceptable.

noisy street cramped shower
The room i was assigned faced a very noisy street. i heard constant traffic. sound insulation was poor. this made sleep difficult. also, the bathroom was quite small. The shower felt cramped.
