My recent stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. While I appreciated the large family suite and the friendly staff who tried to accommodate us, there were many downsides such as the issues with the waterpark and the challenges with room upkeep. Additionally, the parking situation was stressful, especially with kids in tow. Overall, I feel that there are better options available for families visiting the area.
