My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, the rooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Service was generally helpful, but there were moments of frustration. Overall, I think this place has potential, but it requires more attention to detail.

The rooms had a cute wooden theme but were poorly maintained. I found crumbs and hair in my bed, and noise from adjacent rooms was bothersome. They have made attempts to update the decor, which is a positive, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The service was quite eager to help, although there were a few hiccups in response times and delivering what was promised.

The hotel is in an excellent location right near Heavenly Village, which made it convenient to access restaurants and attractions. It’s just a short walk to the gondola, which I appreciated.
