This hotel has a fantastic location right near the Port of Miami and Bayside Marketplace, perfect for pre- or post-cruise stays. The rooms are clean and provide good value for money, but there are issues with the elevators and room sizes. The dining experience could improve significantly, as I found the in-house restaurant lacking. Overall, it offers a convenient stay, though with some room for improvement in service efficiency.
