The hotel has a fantastic location close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, the rooms need updating, and the breakfast options were quite underwhelming. The pool area, while nice to have, didn't make up for the shortcomings in the room and dining experiences.
