This hotel has a great location near downtown Nashville, making it easy to explore the area. While I found the price to be reasonable for being downtown, the rooms are in urgent need of renovations, which detracted from my overall experience. The service staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to my stay despite some of the challenges I faced.

The rooms were quite small and felt humid, and they didn't seem to be redone during my stay, which was disappointing. I expected more space for the price, especially given that only full-sized beds were available.

The service staff represented true southern hospitality, always willing to help. They even called the owners to help quiet dogs nearby, which made a difference in my stay.

The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Nashville, allowing me to get there in less than 10 minutes. This was definitely a highlight of my stay.

While I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant much, the breakfast was surprisingly good, among the best I've had in quite some time at hotels.
