I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially with the spacious and stylish room that made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Magnificent Mile and some great restaurants. I was impressed with the luxury of the bathroom amenities, but the dining service could be improved with more timely options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely consider staying again.
