My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The view from my room was simply incredible, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The location made it easy to explore the city, but the elevator situation was frustrating during peak times. Overall, the hotel offered a solid experience, but some areas could use improvement, particularly regarding the check-in process and dining area workflow.
