My stay at the Holiday Inn was quite a mixed bag. I encountered fantastic service from Rickia and John, who really went above and beyond to help with our unexpected travel issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was greatly disappointed by the ongoing renovations which left the lobby unusable. It's also a bit confusing navigating their shuttles. Overall, the helpful staff and room comfort made it a decent stay, but the construction and service hiccups definitely need to be addressed.
