I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The vibrant casino and various activities kept me entertained, and the staff was responsive to some requests. However, I had an unfortunate incident with the room condition that was disappointing, and the dining options could use improvement. Overall, it felt like there was potential for a much better experience with some adjustments.
