I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The customer service was outstanding, particularly from staff like Parrish and Orly, who truly made my stay more pleasant. However, I did find some aspects of the hotel outdated and lacking, especially concerning transportation arrangements. Overall, it's a decent option, but some improvements are definitely needed to enhance the guest experience.
