Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The rooms were outdated and not particularly clean, which was surprising for a hotel brand I thought was reliable. While the check-in was frustratingly slow and the pool was closed, the staff did attempt to help us out. However, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay.
