My recent stay at the hotel had some highs and lows. On the plus side, the views from the 29th-floor room were absolutely stunning, and the room itself was modern and very clean. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating, taking longer than expected due to some administrative hiccups. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a smoother arrival would have made it more enjoyable.
