Convenient Luggage Storage

I was impressed by the exceptional customer service at this hotel; the staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The location is absolutely prime, making it easy to explore downtown Chicago. The cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas stood out as a strong point. However, I found my room to be on the smaller side, which wasn't ideal for my needs, and though the available amenities were good, a few additions could have enhanced the stay even more.
