My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, to say the least, which really affected my overall experience. While the staff did respond to my complaints, their demeanor was unapproachable at times. It’s unfortunate because the location was decent, but I wouldn't consider it worth the price given the condition of the hotel.

Upon check-in, the first room I was given was not clean, with dirty carpets and a filthy bathroom. After switching to another room, I found it in an even worse state. I ended up barely using the facilities.

The front desk staff was somewhat unapproachable, and I felt that my complaints were not taken seriously. However, one staff member did eventually try to help me by looking up my problem.

The location is alright, close to some restaurants and shops, but the condition of the hotel overshadows this slight advantage.
