I had a decent stay, but there were a few hiccups. The location is convenient, close to attractions like the Biltmore Estate, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. The breakfast offered a decent variety, though not all of it was to my taste. However, I did encounter some issues with the service during check-in that were a little frustrating, but the staff was generally nice. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for a value option near downtown, but there's definitely room for improvement.
