I had a mixed experience at Aku Tiki. The hotel boasts beautiful grounds and a spacious heated pool, plus a genuinely enjoyable happy hour and complimentary breakfast. However, my stay was marred by some service hiccups, including delays at check-in and issues with the elevator. Otherwise, the atmosphere by the pool is wonderful.
