The hotel has a great indoor water park that's perfect for kids, which makes for a fun family experience. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool area and the inconsistency of the service, particularly during busy times. The dining experience was also less than ideal, as it took a long time to receive food. Overall, while the amenities and family-centered activities are appealing, the state of the facilities and service need significant improvement.
