This hotel has some serious issues, ranging from cleanliness to maintenance. While I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, the overall experience left me disappointed. The location is convenient for exploring, but the state of the facilities and the lack of adequate housekeeping cannot be overlooked. I cannot recommend staying here until improvements are made.
