While my stay had some positive aspects, particularly with the cleanliness of the common areas and the staff's friendly demeanor, I encountered significant issues with my room and the overall service quality. I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness regarding my initial reservation problem, making me feel undervalued. The dining options left much to be desired, and some facilities were not functioning properly, affecting my overall experience.
