While the hotel offers reasonable pricing and a central location, the experience was marred by issues such as poor service and inadequately sized rooms. The lack of certain amenities like a mini-fridge or a more spacious layout was disappointing. However, the cleanliness was commendable, and the staff were friendly, making it somewhat redeemable for a short stay in New York City.
