kind staffimmaculate roomengaging restaurant staff
I loved how kind the staff was! even security acted polite and professional. i checked everywhere, including behind the shampoo bottles and inside drawers. the room was immaculate. I was impressed. the restaurant staff was engaging while remaining professional! waffles, french toast, and pancakes were great!

the customer service was very efficient. i liked that the hotel is close to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants are within walking distance. the metro train is also within walking distance , , made getting around very easy. the beds were super comfy and ensured a restful sleep.
the valet parking had limited spots so it took a couple of circles before i could park.

the hotel staff exhibited politeness and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay. they responded quickly to requests and addressed concerns efficiently. the front desk staff were consistently available and ready to assist with directions and information. daily housekeeping ensured a tidy and well-kept room.

the hotel offers a convenient breakfast service with a variety of options. i noted the restaurant staff were attentive and very polite. the breakfast buffet includes both hot and cold items with fresh options. i had coffee available in the lobby each morning.

the hotel is very near union square and provides easy access to various stores and restaurants. the proximity to the noma metro station is approximately five minutes by foot. the convenience store located in the adjacent building is a great asset. the united states capitol building is nearby.

the king room was spacious and well-kept. the bathroom was very clean. the room had coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. there were two double beds , with ample space for relaxation.

The hotel is near a grocery store. That was very convenient. A drugstore is also across the street. I found the staff to be helpful . Early check-in was accommodated which was beneficial to me after travel.
The temperature in my room was a bit high. I could not control the temperature myself so I just turned off the thermostat. It was still warm though.
