My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great and convenient for accessing local attractions, but the overall condition of the rooms and the customer service left much to be desired. While I appreciated some aspects like the friendly staff and the cleanliness upon arrival, the noise from above and the management's handling of issues significantly impacted my experience.

The room started off promising but had a musty smell. I even found the carpet to be soaking wet, which prompted a room change. Although the new room was clean, I was disappointed to find ants around the area.
